About Our Investing Firm’s Mission

Titan Capital Management was founded in 2002 by Abe Askil, CFP® to help investors make money in the financial markets without having to experience devastating losses of 40% or more. We follow the Golden Rule which is to “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. Therefore, your assets will be managed in the same way that our personal assets are, and you will be treated in the same way that we would want to be treated. We fully recognize that our success is ultimately measured by yours.

Abe Askil, CFP®

CEO & Chief Investment Officer

Abe serves as the CEO & Chief Investment Officer for Titan. He is responsible for strategic planning, building and backtesting quantitative models, monitoring and executing models, portfolio management, and writing Titan’s monthly Global Market Letter. He has a deep passion for investing and has read over 500 books related to the subject.

Abe began his career as an investment professional in 1990. Prior to founding Titan in 2002, Abe spent time with Century 21 as a Commercial Investment Realtor®, Shearson Lehman Brothers as an Investment Consultant, and Charles Schwab & Co. as a Vice-President & Branch Manager. Abe obtained his Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) designation in 1996 and has been quoted in local and national media.

Arthur Askil

Director of Wealth Management

Arthur is the “quarterback” of the team at Titan and collaborates with members of our team, as well as with other professionals such as accountants and attorneys, to provide sound solutions that will help you reach your goals. Arthur is responsible for creating and implementing financial plans, client relationship management, and trade allocations.

Arthur began his career as a financial professional in 2000. Prior to joining Titan in 2005, Arthur spent time with Charles Schwab & Co. and TD Ameritrade as an Investment Consultant. Arthur graduated from California State University Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Sherli Babakhani

Director of Marketing

Sherli is responsible for Titan's marketing efforts including brochures and website. She also handles Titan's bookkeeping.

Sherli began her financial professional career in 2005. Prior to joining Titan in 2005, Sherli had a successful career in graphic design. Sherli graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
